FAQ:
Q: Can I book more than one villa?
A: Yes! You can book 1-4 villas for your stay on our booking page. If you need assistance with this multi-villa booking, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Q: Do I need to bring any kitchen items for cooking?
A: Our kitchens come fully stocked with essential items such as blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, flatware, utensils, salt/pepper & pots & pans. There is also a convenience store on the corner of Hamilton Pool Road/RR 12 less than 3 minutes from D6 & an HEB in Dripping Springs, about 13 minutes away.

Q: Are pool towels, bug spray & sunscreen provided?
A: There are 4-6 yellow pool towels in each villa for your use at the pool. Please bring sunscreen and bug spray.

Q: Do you provide baby beds?
A: Yes. We have pack 'n play cribs in each villa. 

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We welcome friendly leashed dogs onto the property to stay & explore right along side with their family! $20/pet/stay fee. 

Q: What activities do you have to do at D6?
A: In the community area there are park grills, fire pits & a jungle gym. In each cabin there is a deck of cards, board games & antique books. There are benches & hammocks located in the central park, two covered arbors, deck chairs around our 12,000 gallon swimming pool & self-guided bird watching. There is a wet weather stream through the middle of the property that makes for a tranquil picnic setting. There is WiFi & Smart TV (with your individual log-in). 

Q: Can I let my children and dog roam the property unsupervised?
A: We require that each pet be leashed while on our property for the safety of the pet & other guests. Please do not allow children under 18 to roam without adult supervision. There occasionally wildlife & steep terrain. Keep children very close & on the natural walking paths. Not responsible or liable for accidents. Hike at your own risk. 

Q: What are sleeping arrangements in each cabin? 
A: Brady Villa: 1 Full Bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa
Griffin Villa: 2 Full Beds, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa
Claire Villa: 2 Full Beds, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa
Emma Villa: 1 Queen bed, 1 twin trundle, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES FOR ALL PROPERTIES:
In order to provide this space, all guests make the following agreements while in this space:
1. I will honor the peace and quiet of this space. I will speak at a level that's respectful to the peace of those around me in the community. I will not play amplified music which could disrupt other guests. I will honor noble silence after 10PM until 8AM.
2. I will be respectful to all staff, community, and guests.
3. I will honor the sacred nature spaces on this land and leave the space better than I found it. I will help conserve the land. I will not litter nor remove/move any of our intentionally placed items from the sacred forest space.
4. I will help the staff by replacing anything I rearranged during my stay such as furniture or outdoor chairs. I will not remove furniture from the common area for my own private use. This includes grills, chairs and furniture on the deck.
5. I will use the common areas with respect to other guests and not leave my personal belongings in any common areas.
 
Our entire property is a smoke-free space. Any visitors must be registered with us prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the space, without refund or compensation for failure to comply with any of these guidelines or who displays of unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviors. We will always ensure safety, security, order, peace, respect and tranquility above all else. You are implicitly agreeing to these terms once you enter the D6 Retreat, 13 Acres or any managed properties. Your arrival to our property is agreement to these terms. $500 fine for police called to property for violation of terms.
